The undertray is different and there are two extra braces.
Have a look on HTG's web site he shows all the bits needed.

This bumper is a direct bolt on for your 00-03 car.
The bumper comes in primer ready for paint. To complete the installation you should also purchase the grille, and tow hook cover. The front splash shields are also needed if you don't want to modify your current splash shields

I just found this too, which shows what is (and isn't required) when fitting them, this guy also changed the headlights not something you are doing ?
