If you are near Fleet, I would recommend you go to TGM and speak to Tom. I had my bushes done at TGM and even though I would love to completely change every bushes, Tom checked and only did the ones that really need doing and it saved me a lot of money.

All I wanted to say is, you might not need to change every bushes so don't need to buy the package. Tom also stock OEM and Powerflex bushes so best to speak to him first.

If you want to do it properly get a set of the Spoon bushes and use the forum discount to get a bit off. link

Thanks for the feedback, yes i know that they require the use of the old outer metal. I was just curious that this wall all as its pretty much a 5th the cost of powerflex.
I'm going down this route as my geo bolts are seized.

Spoon doesn't interest me as i think their stuff is license to print money.

I'll get the bolts and bushes from powerflex, what bushes do you recommend replacing whilst doing this?

If you can avoid it stay away from the polly type bushes the Spoon or Mugen offer the best long term results and as you only need the 4 sets of geo bushes it isn't as expensive as you would think

I used Strongflex but added Powerflex compliance bushes.

Spoon and Mugen can also be purchased separately rather than in a kit.

I replaced all mine with Mugen all bought from Simon at Hendy
Ray (Daytona-Dave) did the geo and everything was spot on.
Loads of info on this forum about the pros and cons of poly bushes.
Some owners on here have had issues with the poly compliance bushes and chose to go down the spoon/mugen route.

Been advised elsewhere to avoid poly too as its a daily driver... told it will be very crashy (compliance wise).

So basically the best route to take is either Mugen or Spoon? how much are honda standard ones, or do we dare not ask?
