same stuff though, dinitrol. i need to take it for a touch up or something as it's been 5 or 6 years i think. His view was my crash bar was beyond saving and the rear subframe had some rust but was fine, hence why i replaced the former. your car looks lovely btw

i should mention it STINKS for months afterwards, i would not want to drive hood up for probably the first few weeks..

The stench is an unfortunately biproduct of having the treatment! I had it done by a different company on my 993, and it stank for at least 6 months afterwards.

Disc hats and edges painted in heat resistant grey paint before fitting. I find they inevitably rust otherwise.

I’m collecting the car from TGM Sport tomorrow. Initial inspection from Tom was positive with no seized suspension to report.

Whilst there the rocker cover was collected by Paul at Spooner Restorations and stripped / repainted. It had some early stages of peeling on one side.

Fantastic service and has been returned to TGM today.

All done at TGM Sport. Far and away my preferred type of specialist. No flashy premesis or airs and graces. Just good solid advice, an owner still happy to get his hands dirty, and fair prices.

Work completed:

- Pagid brake discs
- Brembo Sport brake pads
- Motul RBF600 brake fluid
- Evans Waterless Coolant
- Engine oil change
- Diff oil change
- Gearbox oil change
- Valve clearances
- NGK spark plugs
- Removed cleaned and greased all geo bolts
- Full geo

Next stop Pro-Tect Services near Milton Keynes week after next for underside cleaning and protection.

I also gave the car its first machine polish in 11 years. Most of the swirls and light scratches have gone but there's plenty more to do.



First time using this. Great value at about £7 and incredibly easy to use. Finish was impressive.

Just back from Pro-Tect Services near Milton Keynes with my car, having had full underside cleaning and Dinitrol protection. Fantastic service from Frankie and Dave who clearly have an eye for detail.

WOW - stunning finish.
Underside of the chassis looks brand new.
They certainly had an eye for detail, they must have done alot of prep and wrapped anything that didnt need coating.
