Can anyone point me please where to get front and rear caliper slides ?

AKAIK, you can't get them separately from anywhere. You can have your old ones refurbished though - I've used Big Redd in the past for this: Bigg Red

rockauto.com used to do them. I have used them many times but the price of the dollar vs pound makes quite abit difference. Well worth looking there first
