Morning,

Currently on the Hunt for an S2000 (Looking to buy in a few months hopefully). Long time lurker on the site.

Fell in love last year on a test drive and have thought about them every night since.

Just wondered if there was anyone in my area, (Wells, Somerset) who fancies taking me for a spin, showing me what the car is really like on the road. I'll grab you a pint or some pub grub in return.

Dont see many cars around here, have seen what looks like a silverstone one with the no. plate JOD4Y or something, a moonrock '04 plus an early red car. Where are you hiding?


Looking for a facelift ('04-05 ish) Royal Navy Blue, with <60,000miles if anyone is looking to sell anytime soon.

There are a couple in/near Wells.......mine is one of them, and you are welcome to a spin (see what I did there)in mine. Its going in to have a different diff installed tomorrow ......different gearing and LSD......It has various other suspension mods as I compete in Hill Climbs and Sprints in it, so it is not like a bog standard model. Its Monte Carlo blue with Hard top on at the moment.

I have a RNBP on an 05. She is standard except she has an OEM lip and and an OEM high rear spoiler. I live in Bristol / Weston Super Mare. You are welcome to come for a spin although I wouldn't say I am a 'driver'.

P.S. she is not for sale though.....

Ah you git, you basically have the car i want, except im not a huge fan of the Rear wing. Well i have sent cornpot a PM as it sounds like hes just down the road from me. But thanks for the offer and its nice to know there are a few of you around here.

As for being a driver, dont worry about that. Its going to be my First RWD "proper" sports car, so ill be taking her easy when i finally get some keys.

Is there much in the way of meets around here, good turnout?

P.S. if you need to sell her anytime soon you know where i am.

There have been loads of Bristol meets over the years and we used to run one every month. They stopped for a while and then started again when Sarah aka HudsonBay started organising them again. They again happened every month but of late these have stoppped. The interest is pretty high though and a good number still attend even though they have moved onto other cars from other marques.
