Top arms = no.
Bottom arms = yes, I believe!

Just the spring assembly... Taking facelift suspension as px for my coils.

Not sure on that. Aren't the damping rates different?
Might be worth getting on to the Lings Honda website and checking if the part numbers are different. That will give a very basic indication.

this is correct for the rear arms

fronts are all the same

Yes you can, they will fit physically but not sure about the damper rates.

And then its for him to decide if he minds changing the damper rates to facelift ones.

As all aftermarket coilover kits for the car are the same regardless of model year, surely any model year oem springs and dampers will fit, if you are happy with the spring and damper rates that model yr car had, as Winfried says.
