My cat is rattling itself to death at the moment so I need to replace it. I hear that Honda ones are

I just happen to have a spare one in the garage.
Funnily enough it's one i had replaced under warranty, due to rattling.

So has anyone got any advice on how to get the thing off and a new one back on. I think i will need new bolts as they look pretty corroded. How do i get the sensor off too? I cant see how it comes out.

I was in the states last week and picked up a mag called import tunner
they did an article on the difference between standard cat, freflow sports cat and a de cat pipe, test car was a Honda civic

de cat gave 5 hP on the rollers but the free flow cat was only 1 hp shy
If you want my 2p go for a sports cat and stay leagal
