Central Resonator Delete
So I've done the UK mod as on the previous car and happy with the result but a few months on looking for a little more noise.
I've checked on here and there are +'s & -'s , happy to take the chance.
Just for anyone who did it, could you source the replacement straight pipe online or was it just a cut & weld jobbie.
Picked up this https://www.ebay.ie/itm/VW-Golf-R-Ha...-/362053265715 for the daily but can't find anything similar for s2k that isn't a decat which I don't want.

The resonator is pretty small on stock- I haven’t heard anyone who has actually remoed it..
A decat or sports cat will improve the noise on the uk mod. I would do sports cat to pass the MOT. Berk HFC or I think Scorpion/Tegiwa do one too.

Cheers Nomad, upon reflection and further searching on the US side of this forum it would be ill advised - just turning it into too raspy/bean can exhaust and also likely to negatively effect performance so I'll hold off for a high flow cat when funds allow.
Have front strut & rear bar and the front x bar coming next week from hendy so will see how I get on with them.
