I'd check you didn't knock anything in the way of sensors etc while you were changing the battery. If it's still on, disconnect your negative lead tor a couple of minutes and it'll reset the ecu. If that doesn't work and the CEL persists i'd get a local garage to plug it in just for peace of mind

Yes but wrong place wrong time, I ended up with a Honda battery and the Yuasa replacement is now being solar charged and running an inverter in the garage for the lights, I wouldn't trust one in the car again.

Got myself a new one from local Honda dealer 12 months ago when it wasn't firing up as easily as it used to. Good price for the battery with a 3 year warranty, took me 15 mins to fit and the car starts first time again!
