Fair enough. So kevs2000 what disks did you order? Did you order pads too? Had any issues?

What track have you taken the yellow stuff pads on? Dembo had problems with his yellow stuff.

Mainly that they didn't slow down the car.

It seemed I had to press too hard to get anything happening, and with redstuffs on the rears they were biting a lot more which upset the balance, and ulimately led to me running out of rear brakes first and boiling the fluid as well.

It's possible I'm being unfair and it's the combination that was the problem, or that I didn't bed them in correctly.

I need to decide what to get next as I'm down to about 4mm of my fronts. The Ferodos are the best so far, but cause judder. The Pagids are mucho expensive, and you can only get the fronts, which puts me off as I'd rather have the same all round, and I can't think of any others. Maybe I should go back to redstuffs: they seem to be the only pads I've been consistently happy with.

I have yellowstuff on front and rear, and it seems the more i used them the harder they bit. The car seemed quite balanced under heavy braking. Im only a novice though so dont really know my stuff that well, but subjectively they lasted well, resisted fade and braked harder than i remember standard pads and discs doing. Admittedly this was on a sessioned day so I was only out 20 mins at a time.
