Jeremy Clarkson seems to be one of the few who nows a good car when he sees it.

"So, sports cars then? Well, you can forget the Saab convertible and its four-seater rivals from Germany, principally because the only person who ever managed to look cool in the back of a drop-top was Hitler. Obviously the Lotus Elise is fine for a blast on the Yorkshire moors. But you've got to get it there and, with no carpets, that's a chore. So sorry, but it's the Alfa GTV if you want a roof or the Honda S2000 if you don't. "

He's not the only one. We, too know a good roadster when we see one. And better yet, when we drive one.

I'd have to agree with Clarkson. That said I did get a few odd looks this morning driving to work with headlights on and roof down.

Heater on, and vtec in the ears is a nice way to wake up

Sorry, lost concentration there for a second. Mind must have been elsewhere

That's okay. I've several hours to stop thinking about trampolining before I need full concentration for driving.

Anyone thought of inviting V B-H to the meet?
