Default Coolant change

My search skills are obviously not what they used to be, so thought i would just ask.
Its time to change the coolant. Some places state type 2 blue, others OAT. It currently has blue type 2.
Can I please have recommendations for coolant. I know its almost impossible to remove all of the existing coolant, so if i added OAT which most suppliers seem to recommend, im concerned re the reaction & possible jelling of the coolant.
Any assistance appreciated.

Might not be able to answer about using the stuff you mentioned, however I think the recommendation is to only stick with this...

I don't think mixing is a great idea as yes, there may be remnants of the old (like in the IACV & pipes).
Is there a reason to change to other stuff?

I stuck to the Honda stuff, very easy to change. There are guides on you tube but its one of the easiest cars to do.
If in doubt then fill with water the first time and run it up to temp and do a flush.

Honda made it so I use what they did

As above it's easy, just a little time consuming. One of the reservoir things makes it quicker (sits on the filler neck and makes burping easy)

Can't find a good pic but this

It sits in the filler, you open the tap then run the car and it burps out air and gulps down coolant

Makes it very easy, when I swapped my rads I used it, without that you tend to get splash from the burps

Good idea, known as an anti spill or no spill funnel.

I use the universal one with the plunger/stopper and it has worked great on other vehicle. Getting ready to do mine as well on the S2000 in a few weeks.
