Coombe Coachworks in Sutton
My better half pranged her R32 and now one rear wheel arch is less flared, and theres some scuffing to the front left bumper. Bumper is a simple respray, I would imagine the wheel arch is salvageable.
Insurance co say Coombe are authorised without need for quote, and the closest one to me. The hassle and inconvenience is the worst thing. I dont really have time to drop it in to 2 different places of my choosing, to get quotes and then wait for them to get approved etc.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks

I would not bother; approved bodyshops are like battery farms. They just churn out cars as quickly as possible with no regard for quality. I speak from experience.
I would go to a repairer you know and trust, get the job costed and send in the quotes.

Agree with the Loon, only reason they're approved is that they'll work for sod all and provide a free courtesy car meaning in order to make any sort of profit they need to rush it through.
