Menzerna 85RE Final Finish on a Lake country finishing pad .
Been meaning to treat myself to some lake country pads, but they get a bit confusing as to their cut level at the final stage - what colour is that pad you used Black, Blue or Red ?

Lake country CCS orange finishing pad using the Junkman method i.e. very slowly using lots of detailing spray (Megs Quick Detailer) .

Cool, thanks for that. I'm pretty happy with my DAS-6, Menzerna pads + compounds results over the last few years, no holograms or marring but will also have a watch of the Junkman series as it sounds like there are going to be some good tips to getting that deep gloss we're always after !

That's not at all confusing; my orange one is the Chuck Norris one.

Thanks for all the info folks, much appreciated!

I had watched a few tutorials but it seems Junkman has a good reputation, heard his name pop up a good few times.

It is quite frustrating when you clay the car and all the white spots you were hoping to remove turn out to be tiny stone chips

Going for a second pass today and looking forward to the results

Careful with the soft/thin Honda paint - it's not as tough as Junkman's car
