I use www.di.fm as my 'source' provider and pay for an account to get access to the premium ( and advert free) channels.

This is the thing i've found with 'Digital' radio over 3G. A 256kb mp3 stream is not good over flaky 3G but a 64kb HE-AAC stream works perfectly and most of the time, 128Kb HE-AAC works - if you can get good enough 3G signal then 128kb AAC over A2DP through a decent headunit is near enough 256kb MP3 quality.

Most of the time, source quality / audio component quality in the car will be the biggest deciding factor of quality - i just like having more random choices to listen to.

Received what should've been the Alpine Kca 121b cable but the idiots at Radioworld on eBay sent the wrong cable. I won't be ordering from these imbeciles again.

So after a lot of faffing this morning it all worked. Cable kca 121b did indeed work as it should and the dab controller was mounted successfully to the panavise mount I ordered from modifry. The mount being rhd was fine too, doesn't touch my right knee when driving
