Dash board removal

Default Dash board removal

Hi,

half way through removing my dashboard.

I have removed all the screws and bolts that connect it however I cant get it over the steering wheel.

does anyone know how to lower the steering coloumn so I can get the dash out?

Help!

If am correct you have to remove the steering wheel

Yep, as above - I recommend marking where the wheel is on the column - it's possible to put it back on wonky.

Thanks for the replies.

All sorted, i now have a nice red interior!

Didn't have to remove the steering wheel. 4 bolts and a hack saw and it came out easy!

Took a hacksaw to the new red dash also and it slid in no problems
