I just bought my wife a Golf, so she keeps her mitts off my S2000. I want to get her a DIN sized Sat Nav system. Has anyone had any experience with one of these?

I don't mean the ones with the big screens that fold out, I want one the size of a head unit only.

most of the DIN sized ones with small screens take a single CD so you can play music too. The big screen ones need a boot changer which adds to the cost. (correct me if I'm wrong as I'm not 100% sure).

I guess if you can save that much money then go for the smaller unit.

The 'big screen' models need a separate boot changer to play CDs, and also a 'brain' box for the GPS. So you're looking at closer to
