Default Decat pipe, but no extra noise...?

As per my title, I want to get a silenced decat pipe, but with as little or no increase in noise, I have an Invidia q300 exhaust which is lovely, but do not want it any louder. The exhaust main pipe is 70mm. Going to also do a manifold, and get a hondata flashpro for some NA tuning in the future

Any thoughts, is a silenced decat pipe going to increase my noise levels a lot? or will I have to go for a custom made decat pipe?

Thanks, dan.

Good luck with that mate. I have the same exhaust as you and I put the test pipe on. It was at least 3x louder and raspy as hell. Even with a HFC the noise will go up slightly.

Yea. It's what I was thinking, I've never heard of a decat , or silenced decat that doesn't bring any extra noise, I suppose it's not what most normal people want.... I'm sure a custom one from solid fab or similar might be able to make one as quite as possible but still have it free flowing.
