Also try any of the traders in the traders section. Si at Hendy has a good selection of stuff, including Project Mu.

CL Braking UK Sole Distributor of Carbone Lorraine Brake Pads...Paul Chance +44 (0)7974 153967
I've been using the RC5+ Carbone Lorraine pads for a couple of years, they are scinterred metal and don't get as affected by temperatures and grab the same from cold to hot.
You need 4070 fronts (£129+vat bought some more yesterday so price is current) and 4045 rears
Not used them with OEM discs yet though so can't comment on disc wear.
Used with these disc and they've lasted remarkabluy well, even UltraNexus (nobsux) couldn't kill them at Bltyon plus a season of competitive sprint racing

Edit - and Dixcel FS at the rear

I've put Project Mu twin piece SCR discs on the front and single piece grooved on the back with HC800 pads - Goodridge hoses (had bad experience with HEL ones in the past) and millers racing fluid. Like you my car is mainly fast road and the occasional track day, its not my daily drive, and I've just SC'd it.
Put the car round my local circuit last year pre-charger and had the brakes smoking - never once got a bit of fade or spongy pedal. They do take a quick dab to warm up but once warm they retain the heat and I've never had any issues with them. I would recommend them and definitely would buy again, only thing was the cost of the SCR discs - but I've learnt not to scrimp on things like brakes and the way they held up on the track day confirmed I'd bought the right setup imo.
Got them from Hendy performance, fluid from oilman and hoses direct from goodridge.

I use Dixcel FS front and rear, they're VERY good. Probably only worth it if you're tracking the car, but mines only for road use and I love them. My old discs used to fade pretty quickly under (heavy) fast road use but I can abuse these as much as I like and they still feel great and never overheat.

After doing lots of research, I realised that the standard discs should be treated as a consumable, as a few track days will cause the fronts to crack, as they simply aren't of sufficient size to dissipate heat rapidly enough with sustained use. Cool down laps will help with disc life, as it is the thermal shock that seems to crack them. So although I don't go overboard on the discs, I use the best pads (Pagid RS 29s) and fluid (Castrol SRF) I can afford, with some "reasonable" spec discs (Europart Pagids) that have been machined to aid performance. I use the cheapest hardest rear pads and discs I can get, as on high speed tracks like Snetterton, the OEM pads lasted one track day before being down to the metal, so it seemed pointless to fit anything expensive on the rear, given the wear rates the solid discs give.
Eventually, when funds allow, I will purchase an AP BBK, but until then, I'll just keep throwing cheap discs at it, because even the expensive ones will crack, but just give a little longer use before they do by all accounts (so buying expensive discs seems to be a false economy) .
Martin at Reyland Motorsport did the machining on the discs and I have him currently looking into doing a 2-piece vented rear conversion in the same vein as the Urge items (but UK made to avoid the large shipping and import duty costs), as the poor efficiency of the rear overloads the fronts as soon as the rears start to get too hot and loose some of their performance (as well as running the risk of cooking the grease in the wheel bearings, which are a right PITA to do). Vented rears may preclude the requirement for the APs, but I will test that theory out once the vented kit is available.
