I'm not interested in indicated speeds, unless the car has been yellow jacketed accurately. I want to know who has had GPS readings about 150mph.
And Mikey, you're not running a stock ECU are you?

I have had 163 indicated going against an Astra Estate.
I reckon i'd have had more if the roof was up
He passed me at 170ish.
I've had 162, roof up, going against an Audi S5 on the way to Jap North.
They aren't limited to 155 BTW!!
I do have an RSM on mine, but that's because i'd be stuck at 120 otherwise.
Once you are into 6th gear, things do slow down quite a bit.

Mark, what revs were you at when the limiter cut in?
Mikey the rules are there to decide if a stock S2000 has a speed limiter.
I know if anyone on this board is capable of going faster than 150 it's going to be you with your extra ponies.

Have seen 162, a real 155 on mine, there is no limiter other than your own cahoonas.
GPS is a tomtom unit, and I calculate the accuracy of the old sirfstarll chipset at better than 0.5mph either way (<0.1m/s) and the new sirfstar111 chips are ten times better
Steve.
