Default Dontcha jus luv snow

Got stuck on way home this evening, usual route down the A217/Pebble Hill for those that know it. One minute clear, next, thundersnow. In Surrey let me tell you!!

Diverted across Box Hill and came down the zig zags, but not before spending 20 mins trying to get up a snow covered country lane in Headley. Had to use the floor mats for grip and the assistance from two kind souls stuck behind me. We see snow once in a blue moon round here, how do you hardened winter warriors deal with it when it snows on a regular basis round you way?

The snow was abit mad today, i was at meeting in Cambridge which finished at 2.30. Got on the M11 going south and encountered basically a blizzard near the duxford region. The road went from bone dry to snow to dry in the space of 20 miles. People talk about whiteouts and it was just like that, you couldnt see infront of you it was that heavy.

Glad i was in the work van and not the S2000 with its trackday tyres! I wouldn't even risk it in snow just because i know someone would be bound to hit me.

I've had AD08/AD08r's on for 3 years now, (S daily driven) and I've only been stuck once at university a couple of years back. That was down to the fact that they hadn't gritted the car park and I was parked in a bay that was on a slope. Luckily a couple of my mates helped push me out. Other than that, I've been fine (touch wood).

Just got back from a drive and it's snowing here as I'm sure you'll know if you've looked out the window. Hope it hasn't settled in the morning I won't be going to work if it has. What exhaust is that on your car by the way?

Had a little bit of snow on the bonnet as I left work yesterday. Didn't slow me down at all. Don't know what you're complaining about.
