Open up the drivers one and see what is buggered, if it's just the motor, you can fit the motor from the passenger side, it's a direct swap over. I can't find the pics i took now but there's really bugger all to it. I have an idea Honda Accord ones fit from a similar model year but this is from about 4 years ago.

This fits to rhd car drivers side door. Not genuine Honda, but has been working well since spring.

Nope - held together with screws and a rubber gasket sits in a channel between the two pieces.

Glad it worked, they really aren't anything complicated .... the hardest bit is removing and refitting the bloody things.
