Droop
The previous owner’s car cover has created some embarrassing droop. Looks like the OEM part might be £50. Does anyone have positive experience with the eBay copies? https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...e58882456.jpeg |
Can you remove it and bend it back? Or even the some string around it to pull it back?

I bought one from, I think, Car Masts UK. It split after a couple of weeks.
They said it must have been hit by something but begrudgingly replaced it as a 'goodwill' gesture. The replacement broke just as quickly. The OEM one on my first S lasted 12 years until I wrecked the car and the used one I bought for the 'new' car is doing fine too, so my advice is go OEM, new or used... |
Id like to know how people have got on with coppies too, as randomly the top of mine has been eaten.!

I got one off eBay for £15, no issues, appears exactly same as my old droopy oem |
I have a spare OEM one. DM me if you're still after one.

Thanks all and thank you for the offer of a spare. Saw the message too late and have now ordered from Hendy  |
I have a knock off on one of my other cars (not a honda, but the stubby s2k antenna is very popular and people use them on all sorts of cars). Just like the S2k but some random knock off. Has lasted about 12 years and looks good as new. In terms of risk, an antenna like this is probably my least concern of going aftermarket.
