Hi guys has anyone recently used a US member to drop ship an item for you to the uk and if so what, was it and when, can you point me in the right direction.

What do you have in mind? Even small parts are expensive.

I was after a set of V1 OEM wheels from Ebay.com which are 400 dollers, ?

Ill have to pay import duty and Ebay will ship them individialy, at a cost of $140 ish dollers, however each wheel costs $130 or so and I would be saving a little.

I'm French, but I already ordered a lot of 'parts' from US
And lot of parts coming from s2ki, try to find someone here who is not afraid of shipping overseas.

Shipping cost for wheels will be 200-250$ to UK total.
(They made its own parcels, split in 2+2 wheels)

For the huge items, I already got AP2v2 wheels from California, and AP2v3 wheels from Canada, each time it was a good deal even with shipping.
(and AP2v3 from Sweden, and Hardtop from UK )

If we're thinking of the same Ebay wheels these are not OEM "AP2V1" but reproductions. Some discussion recently with doubts expressed about their quality from guys who didn't buy them and decent reviews from those who did.

Thats right I have chatted with one who said they are spot on and had no issues, and I can also confirm that the OEM wheel is now made by ASAHI, and ot enkie.
