Electric S2000 drag car
A small company in the US has converted an S2000 to electric, using the drive train from a Tesla S.
Result is a 10 second quarter, 0-60 in 2.2s

Good read!
I can appreciate the build, having built a 10 second MX5, possibly the only one in the UK. The amount of bespoke work and attention to detail is phenomenal. Takes a lot of work to get a 10 second car, especially building one from a car that's nowhere near that as stock.
Kudos to those guys.
