I used Motul in my EP3 Type R back in the day. Fantastic oil and after 130k didn't burn any between changes. Normally around 3-4k on average.

Have been using Castrol Edge in the S2000 apart from the most recent change which was FS 5-30 from my brothers Land Rover garage. Noticed it heats up slightly quicker!
