Rear quarters. If they're clear of rust inner and outer, £200-£300 per side.
Windscreen, if original honda and not peppered with stonechips £80 non oem one £50
Bonnet £100
Door cards if they're any colour other than black, got tweeter pods, door pockets £80-£100
Front and rear hubs with bearings and ABS sensors, £50 per corner.
EVERYTHING on this car has a price. Even stupid little things like the interior mirror, kick panel for dash.
Price everything up so you get your asking price for the car then everything else is a bonus!

your engine should be worth north of £3k
gearbox £300
diff £150-200
You should get £5k but it might take a while
seems crazy to have to break a car of that mileage though

It seems a shame - it ought to be worth more than the sum of its parts.
Maybe that neglected tinworm on the lower panels is deterring buyers? Flap disc & rattle can might work wonders, as you can lose the mis-match in the swage line and seam.

Its also worth factoring in the time spent taking everything apart, and the space required to do so, as well as scrapping what's left.
Then you have to deal with the hassle of buying and selling - I've heard some real horror stories about the kind of people you often have to deal with.
As Nick says, the rusty bits will put off a lot of buyers. Get those sorted (along with some wheel centre caps, remove the purple crap under the bonnet, swap a standard exhaust, and fix the ABS sensor) and I think you'll sell the car easily enough. If you don't want to do all of that, then you'll have to ask for less money, or break it.
I guess it's probably less hassle to fix that stuff than to break it.
