Might be even easier on the S you could just weld a tube from the Infeed tube to the 180 degree bend that would bypas most of the OEM silencer and be very hard to detect

Might also get rid of that putt putt noise as it has a bit of pipe to mix with other exhaust gasses as well...

That's what I was thinking. I'm sure someone on the US board did this mod to their OEM exhaust, and didn't notice a great deal of difference in terms of noise.

I think you're better off leaving the backboxes as they are and replacing the middle box for a straight pipe and maybe add a decat...

I think for the hassle you could just get a used exhaust from this site and be done with it...

Depends what your after, this is a subtle upgrade with no drone (supposedly ), I had a spoon N1 droned like mad, went for the "quiet" Tenabe concept G droned , tried with and without decat made no difference, if this mod gives a little more noise without droning I think it would suit a lot of people

+1!! I agree. Also some people like the styling of the OEM exhaust. I know I'm a fan of the 04 exhaust tips. I also really like the sound of the OEM exhaust i just wish it was a little bit louder. then i would be happy
