I have been contracting in IT for 7 years and in the last year or so have begun to use IR35 avoiding contracts - You know the type -- Service provision etc, etc.

I provide consultancy for my client companies (They want an infrastructure I give them it). It means that with large clients such as ICL I am on the client site for a long, long time. I report into a line manager nominally but at the same time I manage a great deal of projects on their behalf.
