Default First MOT in my ownership

As the title suggest, I have my first MOT since I've owned the car. I'm a little nervous as I always am before an MOT.

One question; how much difference does it make that it's a JDM? It's had all the bits done to it to make it legal in the UK but, do they test it any differently and should I inform them in advance that it is a JDM?

Many thanks.

Good in my books.

Can't see why people take cars to the dealers for MOT's, more chance of failing them to get a bit of follow up work.

Being JDM does not make any difference to the MOT providing it is street legal in this country, they are all carried out to the same standards and regulations.

Stop worrying, pour yourself a cool beer and SMILE, then tell us tomorrow what happened.

I just picked the nearest MOT gaff to where I work.

It's not like I'm getting any work done on it. For that I would do some shopping around. Couldn't see the point with an MOT.
