Try your brake fluid before changing pads. Mire likely to be thst causing fade so soon and once its boiled you'll have air in the system making it even worse. Motul rbf600 or something similar

I had super blue fluid and yellow stuff, they were cack on track at brands

I still run super blue now and it never seems to overheat.

It's down to how you brake.

I see it from a lot of newbies, they think they are braking hard, but they aren't.

Upon adopting the new style, not only do they have significantly quicker lap times, their brakes don't fade.

I was guilty to start with, braking too gradually and for too long even though I thought I was being hard. I'm getting better.

I wouldn't go z pad and grooved though. The grooves tore through the z pad on mine like a cheese grater!

Stoptech for the ultimate win

RA Front/R-01 Rear and Plain disc is a pretty decent combo - expensive though.

My ducting seems to work well enough on a standard car.
Cooked pads without it, now they last multiple trackdays.
Using Yellow Stuff all round, and Gulf Racing Fluid mind you.
