I'm not linked to the firm or promoting but was interested in purchasing one until I read that it needs to be glued over the original.

I recall that robin may have made a limited batch of these but did they need to be glued in the same way

Would have thought it best to remove the origal cover first?

I think that's what it's saying - remove the old cover, and use some kind of spray contact adhesive to stick the new one in it's place - I think they've just phrased it badly
