Default Front Number Plate

I'm currently having my silverstone front bumper and oem lip resprayed. The previous owner screwed the numberplate into the bumper for sme reason so I decided to get the hole thing flushed.

Now I can't decide what to do with the numberplate, tape it on in the standard place, get a smaller one, square one on the side or just not bother and put it in the window.

Advice/ opinions please and if anyone has photo's of what they have done that would be much appreciated.

Cheers

How about an adhesive one on the point of the bumper or front of the bonnet?

Adhesive one offset ala Alfa 159 is also an option.

Looks pretty good and cleans up the lines at the front.
GuinessTU has done it this way and it looks cool.

Having had my bumper and lip smoothed and resprayed I mounted mine on the lower lip this weekend.
Made some L shape aluminium mounts that I attached to the underside of the lip and velroed the plate to.

Not the best pictures I'm afraid (LDN tunnel run) I wasnt 100% convinced when I put this on, but it has grown on me senninha is right the certainly cleans up the whole front, and not a glimmer of interest from the feds.....even after 5 months!

I ran both my Elises without front plates for some time and got tugged and fined in both of them. Although the second time I did live opposite the police station! I fitted my small plate back in place and the following morning there was a fixed penalty fine under my windscreen wiper!
