Default Front Number Plate Plinth Part Number?

Evening all,

The S2000 I just bought doesn't have the front number plate plinth, still can't decide if I prefer it or not.

If they aren't expensive I'll order one up anyway and decide. Does anyone have a part number?

It's for a 2005, so facelift bumper.

Does anyone know if a pre-facelift one is the same? I saw one on ebay for a 2003 car.

Cheers

Graeme

If you can wait a week I'll have one you can have for £10 unless they're less than that new

If it's from a facelift car (if it matters that is) you have a deal

How come you won't need it?

They're all the same. I'm having my bumper plastic welded and fitting the plate like this one on my old car:

I can then undo the wing nut so there is no front plate for photos and car shows like this:

If you're going to phone somewhere to buy a new plinth, be prepared to repeat the question a couple times, I'm sure it's a part that doesn't get requested very often..

Strangely, one of the few really decent UKDM Specific parts sold.

Going to try and re-mount the number plate tonight without the plinth. The way it's currently attached means there are big gaps when looking down over it between the bumper and plate, looks rubbish. Not sure if it's possible to mount without this. I'm thinking\hoping it's because it's not tight enough just now. Will have play. Any advice?

Love the look of your plate mounted below Floppy. I'd do that, but I have a few holes
