A great day down the garage today, spending hours on the beautiful coloured F3 ANG was a pleasure, whilst working on it Ray did me a favour and checked the tightness of my HUB nut, it had begun to squeak a liitle I had found. So ray sticks his torque wrench on it and .. it shears off! Well, the air was blue for a while, then the superstar that he is gets to it with a driveshaft that was lying around and replaces the thing in 40 minutes, superb stuff. I said 'of all the places for this to happen I couldn't have chosen a better place' I dread to think how scary it would have been had that sheared off on a motorway at 70MPH ... anyway all turned out well in the end, thanks so much Ray.

Isn't orange an amazing colour on these cars? I have to add it was the dullest day so the outside shots are no as good as they could be, looking at this this in full sunlight will be incredible.

The nut that sheared on Paul's hub looked like it had being fractured for a while, very lucky

That driveshaft doesnt look clever. Would the wheel come off?
