Massive thanks today Ray, car doesnt feel harsh and no negative affects like others report when installing the poly stuff. Thanks for the butty mike its still the only thing i've eaten today!

Baldi leaving the clutch nipple cover on was my highlight... Hehe

Fantastic day at the garage today. Big thanks to everyone who helped me with my K&M (mixture of K&N and OEM) induction kit sounds amazing.

Also Shin etsu'd my seals and so far we have had no waterfalls inside so seems to have worked.

Erm that wasn't Shitetzu grease Alex!! That was some leftover specialist lube I had, but its all good eh?
