Default Gauge locations

I’ve been looking at various gauge pods for my supercharged S. I don’t really want an A pillar pod and would much prefer them to be on the dash. ive been looking at the seeker triple gauge pod to fit on top of the dash but they are proving impossible to get a hold of.

where do you have your gauges?

also, drilling may be an option (above headunit area) does anyone know what is behind the dash at this location and know if it is safe to drill?

thanks in advance!

Search ass2000 gauge fitting on youtube and watch how they have installed them into the dash. It should also answer your question as to whats behind the dash.

Sorry to jump on your thread..

Does anyone have a link to the 52mm gauge holder that replaces the mode button on the audio controls?

Thanks

I'm afraid not but i will try and take some.
I have not started work on the radio relocation yet but the gauges are in. I bought a sheet of carbon and cut it to fit inside the radio door part(there is a slight lip which helps), this way you can close the door still and no one will know. I just stuck it in place with silicone so its easy to remove if needs be.
