That's with the str damper not the sport damper.

Dampers make more of a difference than springs.

I'm mainly looking at changing my springs / dampers because my car has 90k miles on the clock and I want the 'new' OEM feel back.
I'm changing the front camber and compliance bushes for mugen items (rear is fine)and I'm thinking I may as well change the springs/dampers at the same time. Will I notice much improvement if I fit new STR dampers with H+R lowering springs over keeping the original items that have 90k on them? What do people think?
Over numerous posts on here about coil overs, the main opinion seems to be that cheap(er) coil overs are worse than OEM for a road car and the STR kit including lowering springs is <£500. It's a second car and I only cover about 2k miles a year in it.

1.
Anyone moved the strut towers higher keeping the oem setup say 25mm F&B keeping the oem stance angle,so not gain oversteer.<may be dialed out i guess>and at 25mm=No Drive Shaft spacers route.
<rather than the CR combo direction would involve larger rear ARB <pre-04>MY-mine"s a Facelift btw.>

2.
So lowering the 04 with koni ect may also need more of a CR geo direction poss ARB off the pre04 too.

So anyone Q1 ?
Good coilovers would be easiest but the £s !!!
also my age of at 50+yrs no hard rides with setups/road condition

Are there any springs that will keep the 20mm drop provided by the shocks without reusing the OE springs?
