Default Hard Dog Roll Bar - Shipping Share

I've had a shipping quote for a Hard Dog roll bar @ $375 shipped to the UK, which is a bit eye watering. However they can ship 2 for $430 which knocks roughly £100 off the total price. Has anyone else been thinking of getting one and would want to share shipping? Obviously we would have to sort out delivery in the UK as well. I would probably get them sent to my office in Farnborough, Hants.

If you're wondering what I'm on about see here: http://www.bethania-garage.com/s2000.htm

I'm just testing the water at this stage.

Longshot but if you can somehow couple a cusco 6 point with this I'd be interested very much!

will trackday organisers allow you to run slicks with this roll hoop or do you need a cage?

with a disclamer like this:

"WARNING: This article is sold without warranty, expressed or implied. No warranty is made to this product's ability to protect the user from any injury or death. The user assumes that risk."

I wouldn't want to put that on my own car!!

I think that would make it very complicated - sorry! I don't think Bethania would pack a competitors cage in with theirs.

Protection, and somewhere to hang a harness off.

I've seen the Mugen style one, and have investigated as it would be cheaper than importing. However Mugen style bars wouldn't pass MSA regs - the diameter of the tubing is too small (40mm - MSA regs say 45mm). The Hard Dog ones are large enough and the construction should comply.

I honestly don't know. I run R888s.
