If this is the kit which costs about

I've used it on my car, since I've had it ( just over a year). I didn't use the cleaner part, just the protector and it works really well. Water balls up and just runs off. When I wash the car I just have to squegee the roof with a dry sponge. Be careful when you apply it though as it's a 'mare to get off the paintwork - spray it on to a sponge, then sponge it on to the roof.
I had an MX5 before and that had a vinyl roof which I used Armoral on, but the Honda roof is fabric ( well my UK one is!)

Nigel:

The S2000 roof which was originally thought to be fabric is now known to be vinyl. I know it looks like fabric but it isn't!;)

the Honda roof is fabric
Oh no it isnt!!!!! It does a jolly good impression of being fabric (the inside liner is fabric) but the outer layer is plastic - do a search on 'roof' 'vinyl' - there is some pretty conclusive evidence posted somewhere on the boards!

Don't use it. It is resin based and is hard to get off.
