Hastings insurance company.

Renewal time again and after comparing quotes Hastings are quite a bit cheaper than the rest, my renewal is so much higher and even after a call asking 'is this your best?" they're not getting near. anyone any opinions re Hastings, good or bad. Ta.

They are a reputable company, I have been with them but never had to make a claim so can't comment on their customer service level.

3 weeks in advance is recommended for a start date for insurance

I used them for few years. No problems but then they just covered me and there were no claims.

Check out LV if you have more than one car.

Agree with all the other comments re pricing though. Once these organisations have their hooks into you they'll exploit you unless you keep checking prices.

Thanks guys.

They are hilarious. Covered me for two years, then one day upon a vehicle change, decided to tell me that in no way was I ever covered on the type of policy they offer, and that they couldn't cover me even if they tried. This was due to me being a director in a LTD company apparently.
I would avoid the twats.

I'm with Admiral using their multi car at the moment, but given I want to do a few more serious bits on the S next year (spoiler, wing) I'm thinking I'm going to need to go with Adrian Flux or somesuch :(
