There seem to have been a lot of posts recently about S2000 mechanical failures (I don't recall reading about any electrical failures so I assume the electrics are 100% reliable?).

The thing I would be interested to know is how many of us have had problems and how many haven't. Is it that one car in every 1,000 has a problem, or is it one in 100? Is Honda's reliability as good as legend has it with this car?

I had to fight them for it but thanks to S2ki.com :D I found out that the old 054 clutch had known problems (plus the car only had 7,000 miles on it !) and saved myself the best part of

Interesting link pointed out by Disorderly in his thread about the problems he is experiencing currently. If you have an older car and don't already have extended warranty it may be worth considering?
