Heat shield orientation help!
Hi all,
I recently removed an aftermarket exhaust and am replacing it with the standard setup. In doing so I removed a heat shield which is near to the fuel pump. The problem was I did the job over a month ago and have come back to it only to not have a clue where this shield thingy fits in. I have tried googling "underneath s2000" for some clues but havent found anything to help. The shield is relatively flat for around 30cm then flicks up almost 45degrees for a further 10cms or so if that helps identify it. Also its black in colour. This is a 1999 ap1 s2000.
Any help is greatly appreciated

I think your right Nick, I was wondering why there are bigger bolt holes the other end of the shield... I expect it shares the same hole.... what a slutbag eh!
If anyone has a photo of the shield in question fitted that would be handy but I think ive got the info I need. I'll look up some pics of the cusco brace fitted and see if it gives me any clues before I get oil and dirt in my eyes ears and nose.

I dont think I had to remove that brace for the invidia exhaust but the standard exhaust (as its one peice) means the brace has to be removed. So im guessing the order is fit exhaust first, then shield and brace after.
