Default Honda badges - The retro ones

I'd seen a few people with the retro Honda badges (The script style used on the S600/S800) and really liked them.

The people I'd spoken to had bought them from eBay US and then sprayed them the colour they wanted.

When I was over at JAE, there was a stand from called Likwidart. Like 3D stickers. I really liked the idea so asked if he could make up these badges for me. Ideally I wanted them the same size as the original S2000 badge they would be replacing on the wing.

Well, on Friday he mailed to say he had some ready and mine are now on their way to me.

This is what they will look like.

I've ordered some in Black as I think they will look good against the Silverstone.

They should be arriving mid week so I'm looking forward to seeing what they turn out like.

One side S2000 badge now removed in readiness, just off out to do the other side.

They may turn out to look gash, who knows.

Looking good Gary.

Good choice for the black too. When I got mine from eBay in chrome, they just didn't look right against Silverstone IMO, so painted them black.

I bought a set of plasticky ones from ebay, and they were horrid. Needless to say I didn't fit them.

I think they look good!

They are a little smaller than mine, but maybe because they are more "flat" that might make them look smaller.

Here's mine for reference...
