Good luck finding a dealer that can be bothered

Did you buy the eBay universal kit and self fit? I'm thinking of doing this and using the spare placement near the rear windscreen control but others commented that it was easy to turn on the heating with your elbow whilst driving. What have you done Jimmy?

What exactly did you get for £400 in terms of the heated seats? Was it kit for say £100 & they charged you £300 to fit it?

£400 is a bit steep for how easy it was to do DIY.

I got the waeko ok it when it was about 150 ish, they are now down to 50 per side. I'm no DIY expert but found it easy to do.

All looks fantastic! I take it the stereo door shuts without disturbing those switches?
As long as you close the stereo door pushing the top left all ok chap
That'll be the Alpine head unit not the switches though - mine behaves the same

Lovely install with the switches though, I've always been put off retro-fitting as the heater controls never seem to "blend in" in the photos I've seen.

Your stereo date is wrong.

Sorry chap was correct at the time of the photo

Also very good placement, do they make you feel like you have peed yourself / sharted?
No I'm not that old yet lol

On highest setting I'd say they would cook your ass and back
In about 5 mins flat but the lowest setting is spot on
I was just letting you know!

Looks really good though, glad you like it

I know you can get the kits for cheap on the net , but I normally work 10 hours
A day 6 days a week and it's bloody cold outside as low as -10 and don't have
A garage to work in.
So far better just to give it to Honda to sort out for us the other stuff I did myself
But it's just to cold now
I still can't believe it didn't come with them in the first place even my smart Brabus
Roadster has them as standard

I agree ^

But most likely that Japan's climate is considered Humid Continental/Subtropical, which explains the aircon as standard and not heated seats.
