Have managed to get a proper Honda PGM tester with immobiliser re-program card, have code P1607 with ecu , have bought another old stock ecu from a Honda dealer selling off old stock, have had a go with it but is asking for 2nd password, Googled and looks like its some sort of combination of time/date and vin numbers for this, if any Honda tech can help if can pm me please to try and finally get car sorted and get rid of engine warning light!
