Thanks everyone that's great mine does that it vibrates through the revs from say third gear upwards under load but if I lift of it disappears so it looks like it could be that as you have described.

I would say cv buckets aswell done mine last week one was realy bad im on the look out for a good secondhand one, it stopped the vibration by swapping them from left to rignt and vice a versa straight away.

Ok just to let you all know it was the CV cups its so much better now thanks all but no way can you do this on your drive it took over two hours on ramps in a garage but all sorted so well happy.
