Id be interested in the result with a different manifold so keep us updated if you do change anything. The only thing that puts me off changing the exhaust manifold is the sound. Aftermarket items tend to be so much thinner than OEM so you get a tappy noise from them.

I've got a J's manifold on mine - will also have a Skunk2 throttle body for maximum cushion pushing action..

Oh nice! will be very interested to see your results with the manifold, does the throttle body make much of a difference?

Supposedly squeezes out a good few ponies. Not sure if I need to port the inlet manifold to maximise this.. but we shall see

I'd be really interested if you could gauge the actual impact to cooling from this bumper (assuming it's v2). I'm thinking about one as the car starts cooking after 15-20 mins on track. If it can achieve 10% extra cooling efficiency then I'm in. Some before and after metrics would be fantastic.

Hi si, i thought i remembered you said you had one a while back, after just buying the J's bumper i need to recover, and most of the work i have planned is going to be after the new year march/april time to get the car up to spec for next summer, will also be buying the coolant sensor and water pump from you after new year so if you still have the manifold by then i will hit you up

Yep its the v2. Wont have any concrete info as i will be doing everything at once - delete aircon, new coolant sensor, new water pump and oil cooler - so i am sure l notice a big difference but how much the bumper alone will have i doubt i will know. the hole to feed the air filter direct i assume will make a positive impact.

No worries. I don't doubt the increased mouth will have a positive impact on cooling (not sure the air direct to the filter will make that much difference if going to the inter cooler anyway but it can only help I suppose)
