Mine were silver to start with, and still are. No catch can. No recirc BOV either, but I wouldn't have thought that would make much difference.

I'm not overly worried about the colour of the blades. Like i said its had meth, oil and water through there at some point and even the grease from the recirc BOV. I didn't attempt to wipe it clean as i figure there's too much chance of getting a foreign body in there. Supercharger has never used a drop of its own lubricating oil either.

Just for anyone interested in fitting the smaller pulley (110mm compared with 120mm) the belt you need is a 6PK1305. Fits as well as the 6PK1320 belt that you need for the standard pulley.

Very easy to change the pulley, slacken belt, pull belt off of pulley, undo m6 x5 12mm long bolts, fit new pulley with loctite on bolts and fit the smaller belt and apply tension.

I opted to bin the standard m6 bolts and replace them with high tensile ones that aren't made out of chocolate like the HKS ones.

I've just been adjusting the map to suit the higher boost in preparation to giving it a run out. Ignition figures for 13.5psi boost ive gone with just over 15 degree's so quite conservative and 11.5 AFR. This upgrade would probably be no good with the OEM map sensor as you would be on the boundaries of its limits, luckily for me i have the AEM 3.5 bar sensor anyway.

Hi guys, I've been lurking on this thread for a little while, and have been convinced to buy this kit and attempt to fit it myself! I do have a question though, I bought the hks fuel upgrade kit from Nengun, thinking it comes with 800cc injectors as per the first post in this thread, but they confirmed with HKS that the upgrade kit includes 575cc injectors? Does anyone have the part number for the 800cc injectors through HKS?

Also, I'm running Kpro, so after install will I have to tow my car to my tuner?

And lastly, which BOV have you found works best, and any mods required to it?

Thanks, you guys are the best!
