HKS SC kit topic

When i installed mine the 3 bolts that held it to the main plate were stripping, when i have come to take the charger off 2 have stripped completely, so i have had to take the charger off with the plate. Which is exactly what i said would happen when i installed it, i did in fact ask HKS/Hendy for new bolts but never got any when i initially installed it.

As for the failure, its common enough that my friend also suffered the same issue so i hope no one else that bought the kit ends up the same way, it seems to be around 1-1.5 years mark it happens.

Ok - I have been in contact with HKS and we will arrange the charger unit to be sent to them as soon as possible. Initial conversations were very positive and all going well we will have a new charger to you within 10 working days from HKS Europe.

I'll arrange for a courier label to be sent to you Dean - I'll email you all the specifics.

I have the warranty (RGA) forms here already from HKS - we just need to arrange the collection from you and back to us Dean.

Any chance I can msg you if I have any issues with my charger here in Canada? Would be great to actually deal with someone I can communicate with!

I can try but if the kit was not sourced and sold by us/HKS Europe I cannot guarantee we will be able to help?
